In this introductory episode of HeyLOVE, I lay out my mission statement for the show; to equip you with real tools through engaging content around the theme of building interdependent relationships- like I saw my Aunties doing in India.

My favorite thing to talk about with friends is connecting in relationship; peering in (at self,) gazing up (at Spirit) and reaching out (to others.) These are the things I’m always talking about with my friends and family members, so it seems only natural to continue that conversation on the podcast.
