i thought this would be a good conversation about how to give yourself some grace when it comes to self-confidence. we don't have it figured it out, i sure as hell don't as well. which is why i talk about some tips that can help us trust ourselves more. we are so capable of anything at the end of the day, it's whether or not we trust that - our beautiful minds, our beautiful bodies, our beautiful qualities.
