The girls get into some concepts and ideas that center around why some people define their own identities with societal labels in order to feel self worth. The girls talk about what identity is, the dangers of seeking external validation, and the origins of modern day depression. The Super Puff girls also discuss their favorite NYC walk of shame stories and how getting our vagina's checked by Dinosaur-Gynecologists (called Gyno-Saurs) singing Cher songs could be a step in the right direction for humanity. A little later in the show, BRIANDA and PUFFY sit down with Puffy's personal friend and comedian MAX SPINELLI (@maxagazillion). Max and the Puff's talk about what success looks like in entertainment and how feeling sad is ok because feeling emotions are O-K-A-Y people! The crew also discuss how self-exploration transforms to self-actualization if you wink your eyes sensually enough. LOL. Max may or may not be an illuminati lizard man. BRIANDA is also not convinced the PUFFY and MAX haven't hooked up. Listeners, you decide.
