You cannot pour from an empty cup. If you don’t take care of yourself first, you cannot possibly help anyone else. Your energy will be disingenuous and you will experience the same energy back. In this episode, I discuss why it is important to invest in yourself with self-care and how it can begin your healing process to discover yourself.
