I talk about Trello a lot, so when people find out I switched they were very curious. Truth is, I still use Trello and haven’t 100% migrated everything to Plutio. But my business changed, and I was at the point where I was going to have to start paying for Trello or paying for more advanced plugins and add ons (or both!) - so that prompted me to begin looking for a more advanced tool, and it just happened to be kismet that Plutio was running a Black Friday promotion.

Here’s how I used Trello:

  • Weekly to do dashboard
  • Business planning
  • Project management
  • Internal team communication
  • Customer support/project portal
  • CRM/lead management
  • resource hub
  • Business hub
  • Content planning/calendar

    • What I was missing:

    • Recurring tasks
    • Multi-board calendar views
    • Colour coding
    • Privacy/permission settings
    • More automation for CRM
    • Time tracking

      • Drag and drop everywhere
      • Board backgrounds
