The 5 love languages is an incredible tool incredible by Dr Gary Chapman, and it's designed to discover and understand how you and close family members receive love from others. 

Before you go and get your daughter to try and do this quiz, why not lead by example and find out what your top love languages are. If you have done this before, why not do it again - I've noticed that my love languages have changed over time.
