If there's an area of your life where you can't seem to find a solution or it's an issue stuck on repeat – you may just need to flip the script to find a new perspective that reveals a new avenue. I heard of this technique many years ago, but I was slow when it came to actually using it. Like many, I was satisfied having the information without actually applying that knowledge to my benefit. And even if you can't find a new avenue to change the situation, you can always find a new version of YOU to change the way you experience the challenge.
