The 2018 CrossFit Games Open has come and gone, and with it has been 5 distinct tests of your fitness. With every test comes an opportunity to review, learn and get better.
In episode 5 we discuss how you should approach your Open review:
* Be proud of any accomplishments you might have had (first T2B, a clean PR, getting DUs, a first Pull-up, a first Handstand Push-up, a first C2B Pull-up, etc).
* Be happy that you stuck with it and gave it your all for 5 straight weeks! That's a huge accomplishment on its own!
* Review, Plan, and Attack!
As we explain, the third one is best done with a coach who can break down your Open performances, find any overarching themes, and give you some tangible goals to work on this year!
