Inspired by the shocking news of Soundgarden frontman, Chris Cornell's apparent suicide, I talk about the very real topic of mental illness. Using a story about my friend Jake and his own struggles with depression, I inform my audience that although mental illness is a serious topic that requires attention, it's nothing to be afraid of.
