According to the American Society of Civil Engineering (and my 25 years of expertise ;), America's roadways typically grade between a D+ - C-, that's not good. What's it going to take to turn this around? If you're following a worst-to-first strategy, that's not the answer; this is how we got here. I'm willing to bet a community in your area is doing just that! You've got to be ready to network, talk with others, and develop a strategy that has a proven track record to get your roadways out of the D and C grades and up there into the Bs.
