Today's episode was inspired by a deep and delicious talk I had with a girlfriend of mine. As she shared her heart, I couldn't help but think about how powerful her feelings truly were and how many other women are left feeling the exact same way. Every day we compare ourselves to other people's lives and decide where we should be at this point. Yet with further examination, the people we compare ourselves to are not people who have the lives we desire.
I'm telling it like it is, pushing you to show up, and questioning societies take on depression, while challenging the status quo to say that you're not behind, there's no right way, and PURPOSE will produce joy!
