There are many facets in the current state of the world that are causing a lot of division in our homes, communities, work places, etc. On this episode, I share my perspective about listening to each other with intent, loving others more regardless of opinions, serving one another more, and ultimately the work that needs to be done by the individual self to help lessen the curve of division in our communities. Because it starts with us...

My vision is clear on how I will lead my life and although my thoughts were a bit all over the place in this one - I hope you walk away with a call to action... A call for our leaders (YOU) to amplify your roles at home, in your work place, your relationships, your families, etc. and stop the hate/division across the board.
