Then, I will talk to anxiety around sleep and what to do if you don't see any progress and feel like your sleep is not improving. Stressing about getting enough sleep won't help and at times we need to try, try, try again. Incorporate some changes here and there, some new habits, trust the process and celebrate the little successes. Every night you sleep a little better, every night you fall asleep faster and feel a bit more rested is a win. Don't give up if you have had a bad night but just try again.
