Mehak is the brains behind Muvbase, a gym based in Karachi that focuses on strength and cardio training and yoga sessions. We speak about Mahek's childhood, her inspirations growing up, and how she transitioned from a corporate career to a coach and a gym owner. She has since started another venture - a pet clinic.
