ITS BEEN AWHILE ok enough of the caps, I wonder if my understanding helps people or ME?........I'm viewing myself with more awareness and making better choices.  I've been facing allot of habits that have held me back for awhile and understanding how to change habit by becoming self aware.  I know really what is self awareness and what is this thing we call life.  I don't have answers I just have my perspective.
