Being OKAY with uncertainty is an essential part of LIFE. Being adaptable and innovative are valuable skills in today's world.
Life is constantly changing and we are all evolving and growing rapidly so being okay with uncertainty, change, and RISK is a skill that will serve your students well in school and life.
In this episode, I talk about 3 Easy Ways to Normalize Error and encourage risk-taking in the classroom so students are comfortable trying new things, 'failing' hard and why 'failing' shouldn't be such a BAD word!
