This week we're venting about navigating in white spaces and why it's important to have spaces that cater to people of color. It's taxing dealing with the emotional gymnastics that it takes to exist within them, and this is on top of average work and personal stressors. Fact is, if we learn to mind our business and let everyone shine we'd be good.
