For over 30 years, Linda Jahnke has been a well-known and trusted elder care resource in San Diego. After graduating from the University of Iowa, she began her career working in a skilled nursing facility. Seeing the need to plan for care expenses, Linda quickly built a career as an insurance broker. The mission of Jahnke Consulting is to advocate for their clients and manage long term care claims. She works closely with families to assess the needs of elders as they navigate the complexities of the health care system and their long-term care insurance claims. Her company has filed hundreds of successful LTCi claims, where claims have been denied.

During the early years in her practice, she volunteered as an Ombudsman with the Area Agency on Aging and has served as Secretary and Vice Chair for the George G. Glenner Alzheimer’s Family Care Centers.
