What happens when you run into a copy of yourself?

Doppelgangers are creatures who can take on the form of another. In the first episode of the Inner Monster Podcast, we'll dive into the mythology of doppelgangers including their literary Germanic origins in the 18th century.  I then explore the analogues of impostor syndrome to the doppelganger, and offers some ways of rethinking about our relationship to impostor syndrome that might turn these inner monsters from foes to friends.
