I'll be talking about wellness, mindfulness, personal growth and lifestyle design. 

This first episode is about healing and forgiveness. We all go through hards time and grief our losses, whether they were friendships, relationships, situations, objects or people. I shared with you in this podcast what I have been doing for the past 6 years to heal from my "heartbreaks" and losses. I've been working a lot recently on getting myself out of a rut and being present, listening to myself, responding to my needs and healing have been all very helpful.

Sadly, healing isn't an overnight process but you if you give it the right time, you will definitely see some changes quicker than what you thought!
