Chillin' With Chillot is the podcast that gives you an unfiltered look at working in sports. Thanks to my years of traveling the country and calling hockey games in many different leagues and parts of the county, I've come across some incredible people and even better stories.
On this week's episode, I chat with my good friend, Jorge Lopez. Currently, Jorge is the Head Equipment Manager of the Henderson Silver Knights in the AHL, and recently got the chance to hoist hockey's holy grail - the Stanley Cup. We talk about his career, racism in the sport and how important inclusion is to grow the game, and regale about our single season working together in Mississippi as members of the RiverKings. Though it was just one year, it won't be soon forgotten.
