I’m Alisa Kay, a Ukrainian born business coach living in Brighton, UK. When I started in the coaching space, I really didn’t want to call myself a coach. I struggled with that word for a long time. The term felt made up, nobody could really define what a coach did, and it just gave me the “ick.”
In creating this podcast, I want us to have a hub to talk about the shifts happening in our coaching industry. There are so many incredible coaches doing amazing work that are getting lost in the shuffle. There is room for everyone to grow. There’s room for every type of coach to thrive and create the impact that feels best.
