Here I'm offering a reading of an academic paper by Hal Puthoff, titled "Ultraterrestrial Models," that appeared in the Journal of Cosmology in September 2022. This will be the first of 3 such readings surrounding this topic as a lead-up to the next full episode, "The Ultraterrestrial / Cryptoterrestrial Hypothesis," which will be the first in a 5-part, NHI-origin miniseries.
