A lot of people struggle with this "all or nothing" mentality when it comes to most things, especially fitness. In today's episode, Mags and I talk about how we view fitness and how YOU can start to approach it in a way that it becomes something so much more enjoyable for you.


The secret to being successful with your health and fitness is doing it in a way that's enjoyable, consistent and even a little challenging.
