Butcher, author,  food columnist and company founder of Block PR - Jess shares her expereinces as a female butcher, giving us an insight into what it's like to be a female working in a male dominated industry.  

Combining two of her passions, Jess released her first book 'Girl on the Block' which is a memoir of her journey throughout the meat industry. Jess has since gone on to continue writing with her columns featuring in BBC Good Food. She pushes the boundaries of what it means to work in the meat industry, founding her own company Block PR, helping butchers market their businesses on various platforms.
