Dr. Mara is a chiropractor and healer in New Hampshire. She is certified in pregnancy and pediatrics by the International Chiropractic and Pediatric Association. She's been in practice since 1999.

She studied under Dr. Tedd Koren and is advanced certified in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique and Koren Specific Technique. At the time, her practice was the only free-standing birth center in the state of Connecticut. She promotes wellness through helping the whole family reach their full potential and also by being a leader in her community.
