Marcus Bell’s Bio:

Marcus is the owner and principal photographer of Brisbane-based photography studio, Studio Impressions. His highly emotive, photojournalistic style, and his quiet, unassuming approach have made Marcus one of the most sought after wedding photographers in the world.  A self-confessed romantic with a swathe of awards to prove his technical ability, Marcus Bell is one of Australia’s most experienced and highly awarded photographers.   The Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) has recognised his professional talent with an accreditation of Master of Photography, not just once, but four times.

Marcus Bell has been named Australian Wedding Photographer of the Year 3 times, Queensland Professional Photographer of the Year twice, Queensland Wedding Photographer of the Year 4 times and has won numerous international awards for his work, including the highly coveted Grand Award for Photojournalism at the Wedding and Portrait Photographer’s International (WPPI) awards in the USA and the International Wedding Print of the Year at the Prix de la Photographie in Paris. Yet, it is Marcus Bell’s quiet nature and his passion for people and their relationships, for families and touching moments, that makes him such a popular photographer with couples looking for something truly special.
