Self-care. 

What IS it?

For so many years, I thought Self-Care was doing things for myself - getting a massage, mani-pedi, hanging out with my girlfriends, going on a date.

But it turns out, most of what I THOUGHT was self-care was actually self-indulgence.

Self-care is creating a life we don't have to ESCAPE.

Whereas with self-indulgence, we're temporarily escaping the current reality.

When I first heard this shift (check it out!), it pretty mind-blowing.
