Ep. 013 | A look into Beginners Mind

Listen Later

This is Episode 13 of our weekly Priority Traffic Podcast. This week we talk about the book "Zen Mind, Beginners Mind" by Suzuki and the concept of adopting a "beginner mind," which is the state where you allow yourself to have an open mind, forget what you have learned, and take in all that comes at you with a fresh new head. This is a super useful concept if you're after creativity, learning, and personal development. Ben tells us how he applies this concept to his life and why this is so helpful when making decisions in life and on the fireground.
