If time travel were actually possible and you were to go back 30...20...even 10 years and tell people that one of the most controversial verses in the Bible would one day be Genesis 1:27, people would laugh at you and tell you "YOU'RE CRAZY! Haven't you watched Mr. Rogers? Boys are boys from the beginning. Girls are girls right from the start. Only girls can be the mommies. Only boys can be the daddies." But fast-forward to today...2024...Genesis 1:27 is considered "hate speech", and people refuse to answer the simple question "What is a woman?"
On this episode of the Redeeming Identity Podcast, we'll address this controversial topic and see that God is not and has never been confused about gender and sexuality. And that even if you or I find ourselves confused and lied to, God can redeem us and we can celebrate along with Him that he created both males and females in His image, distinctly and separately, on purpose for His purpose, and that He never made one mistake.
