Workplace harassment is tricky - everyone’s talking about it, but nobody is taking it to HR. Many cases go unreported and swept under the rug because often, such instances of harassment are verbal and too subtle that it could be brushed off as accidental. Where do we draw the boundaries? How do we establish consent? How do we know it won’t have professional consequences?
