    Jennifer is a champion of entrepreneurship, having launched LLShe, a Berlin Cameron division that empowers female entrepreneurs through connections and creativity. Her mission is to foster meaningful connections through authentic and vulnerable communication. So, she founded Connect4Women in 2019 to empower women and allow them to network effectively.

     

    In 2024, Jennifer spearheaded the inaugural Break The Glass Ceiling Day, a day dedicated to empowering people to break the glass ceilings holding women back. Jennifer sits on the national boards of Girl Up and was previously on the board of the National Kidney Foundation for a four-year term, where she received the Visionary Leader Award for her service.
