I know what it’s like to outsource. I know what it’s like to be someone who people outsource to and I’m learning that it’s a tricky process that actually reveals more than just a task that needs doing. It can often bring up fears around lack of control, lack of financial sustainability, lack of trust and so I wanted to share 10 attributes I’ve noticed that make the process of outsourcing fun and effective.
