We're talking to Jes Katz of PolyLabor this week, who's on to talk about how incredible work could be if maybe we treated work a little more like we treat relationships in the non-monogamy world. Jes talks about what a better work world we'd be in if people invited consent and encouraged communication and boundary-setting (doesn't that sound nice?), and what we in the non-monogamy world could actually do better if we put some business management principles to work in our personal relationships.
