Nardia has worked extensively in the health and fitness industry as a speaker, educator, personal trainer
and health coach. She has successfully coached thousands of people to strip body fat, get lean and
transform their lives. Nardia has also been instrumental in developing and nurturing aspiring personal
trainers in her roles as a senior coach and content developer for the Australian Institute of Fitness,
as Cluster PTM with Fitness First and as a Lecturer at Personal Training Academy, earning herself the
nickname ‘Trainer of Trainers’. Nardia is the proud recipient of the Australian Fitness Network’s 2014
Personal Trainer of the Year award.
