We're back with another episode of The MVMNT! When you see something that seems offensive to you, what is your initial thought? Anger? Sadness? Resentment? Or do you analyze what you're seeing and respond accordingly? In this episode, we start off with a gym update (take a deep breath, smile, and keep on trucking) and we also talk about what's going on in the world as it pertains too empathy. We touch on some things going on in the sports world, as well as putting yourself in someone else's shoes. We encourage you guys not to speak/respond out of emotion. Society has been doing that for so long, and where has that gotten us? The answer is "divided." So, while you guys are listening, try to imagine yourself in the shoes of "the opposition." Just because someone else thinks differently than you doesn't make them wrong.. doesn't necessarily make them right either, but have that thought process as you analyze conversations, statuses, or however else you communicate with others. It's ok to disagree. What matters is HOW you disagree. Hope y'all enjoy the episode! Let us know what you think! Give us a rightful rating (whatever you see fit) share (if you see fit) and give us some feedback so we can get better!
Love you guys, and see ya next time!
