Some of my podcast listeners might already know that I love to include some light stretches in my evening or bedtime routine. Stretching before going to sleep helps me unwind, release any tensions that may have built up during the day, and clear my mind as I breathe deeply through a stretch. Often I'll just take a few minutes right in bed for some very gentle and relaxing stretches.
