It's really easy to lose track of yourself when all your energy is devoted to your passion. But the problem is when you lose sight of yourself, eventually, you just straight up lose you. And that's what I did recently. I dropped all my self-care routines and then deigned to be surprised when I found myself a depressed, lethargic, exhausted, couch puddle. In this solo ep I get into all the nitty-gritty of my recent mental health downturn and how I'm attempting to turn it around by regaining my focus on self-care (and bubbles).
