Sandra Hill is currently the Retail Category Manager at Australian Pork Limited but her journey within the meat industry did not start here. In fact, it started before the age of 10, photocopying quality assurance paperwork at the family butcher shop before moving on to ham production at the age of 12.  Being a butcher's daughter (and a butcher's granddaughter as well), she knows and understands that butchers are a unique bunch. 

In this weeks episode, Sandra shares her introduction to the meat industry and why she decided to leave the family business and pursue her own path.
