What's up, team! Man, it's been a minute but we are back! We have been so busy running our business that we have been slacking in a big way on the podcast but we are making it a priority to get back to these which we are super pumped for!
Today is just me, Stephone, bringing you some #MotivationMonday! The topic is on Winning and Losing and how to either upgrade your winning mindset or start a winning mindset. I usually do these for our Vigor MVMNT Members only Facebook group but was asked by a couple members if I could start doing them in Podcast form so they can listen to it easier.
