Is breakfast really the MOST important meal of the day?  Alexandra and Daisy confirm that for kids, studies have shown that eating a meal first thing in the morning. Notice the name - "Break Fast" - kids need to break the fast from dinner in order to have  a positive influence on cognitive performance in school, especially on task-oriented behaviors—and particularly in students younger than 18.
