For episode 19 we are deciding to ditch the gym so that we can focus on improving your time outside of the gym. By doing this, hopefully we can make your time in the gym more effective as well! This week we are discussing productivity, and how to be more productive in general. We discuss prioritization - how to figure out what the important things in your life are, and how to make sure they all fit into your weekly schedule. From there we talk about strategies that you can implement on a day to day basis to make sure you are getting your tasks done and feeling accomplished when your head hits the pillow each night.
