Dwayne Romero has over two decades of real estate development, management, and investment experience specializing in mountain resort communities. A graduate of the prestigious United States Military Academy at West Point, Dwayne served in the Army Corps of Engineers including a distinguished leadership role in combat during the Persian Gulf War. Dwayne went on to graduate from several U.S. Army leadership schools, including the U.S. Army Ranger School, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He is the former President of Related Colorado, an operating division of the global property development behemoth, Related Companies. Dwayne is currently the CEO of The Romero Group — a full real estate management and investment company with substantial organizational depth and experience in the Roaring Fork Valley. When he’s not at work, he has served as a two-term Aspen city councilman and is currently on the local school board and has been involved with several nonprofits and economic development commissions.
