- Current Mortgage Rates: FHA roughly between 5.5-5.625%, with conventional in the mid 6’s.
- Current Inventory (# of homes for sale in San Diego County): 2216, about half of our historical average.
- We're seeing multiple offers on all our listings as long as we're appropriately priced.
