Martin Ronfort, the founder of DrTech, and Michael Waitze, the founder of Michael Waitze Media, came back into the studio to talk about how eCommerce is simply not solved yet.  The eCommerce UnderCover team wanted to try to understand why marketplaces still dominated online retail and why it feels like there have been no exceptional customer-facing innovations since Amazon invented (?) and was granted a patent for 1-Click in 1999.
