In this episode, I get really raw and real about my journey with Ayahausca. I talk about how Ayahausca calls you, you don't need to go searching for her. I speak about the journey it took to get to the point of Aya's call, the process of Ayahausca, the trip, and then the deep deep integration work that I had to do after. I talk about how I shape-shifted, the intense visions, the white tunnel of light,  the kundalini awakening (sorry fam lol), and the DNA activation from mantis beings. It's weird to look back on this experience and revisit what has developed since then. I am so so so grateful for the experience, and how much it changed my life, it has been such a beautifully hard experience but it was so so so worth it!!
