OMGGGG you came back for more?? We loveee to see it. In today’s episode, we’re getting real. Life is lifingggg and maybe yours is too, but I’m here to prove to you how it's more about the reaction to the event, than the event itself.

Specifically, you’ll hear about my car accident, losing loved ones, and more (watch with video for visuals). The turbulence in our environments and society as a whole can be very discouraging, but let’s work through it together! 

Sometimes, pushing through rough times requires you to call on others for help, or in my case, restoring faith in a higher power. I know that some of y'all may consider yourself religious, others may be spiritual, and some may be neither! I am not here to convince you of one “right” way, just felt called to share how I’m handling things and give you some insight/background on my why. Regardless, you have so much power within yourself! Never forget that.

In this episode, I also shed light on the power of signs, showing some specific examples that I’ve seen recently and how they have helped me to feel like I am on the right path.
