Join us today as we chat with Kegan Mulholland, a brown belt competitor out of Bellingham BJJ in the PNW. His neck injury story is one that is full of ups & downs, where the downs were pretty severe. He had his fair share of visits with rehab professionals, & actually worked with us for a couple months to complete his recovery back to training. Through it all he persevered, & solidified silver at the ADCC Open in Vancouver recently.
