About Ross
Specialist business builder with a reputation and track record in creation, building, and management of IT businesses in the Australian marketplace. Passionate about creating effective and motivated teams through mentoring of leaders and developing company culture, sales growth, team leadership, innovation, team building, reorganisation and growth strategies.
To date, I have been involved in seven IT growth success stories including one of my own which I exited after a trade sale to a US publicly listed organisation in just 2.5 years.
Roles include Chief Executive Office (CEO), Country Manager, Managing Director, Vice President Asia Pacific, General Manager, State Manager, Management Consultant & Consulting Partner. I have also represented on boards in Chairman and Non-Executive Director roles.
With a Master of Business Administration MBA and a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors GAICD, my focus is to build exceptional businesses in this region.
