Over the final years of my grandfather's life, he enrolled in as many research studies as he could. He had decided that even if he couldn’t regain his health, he could participate in research to help stop the awful disease he was suffering with, from robbing his children and grandchildren of their health.

I had no idea the results from that research would lead me to a job and then on to the decision to pursue a formal education in herbs, nutrition and more.
